She had to put many songs on hold before she was signed by "Capitol Records. She had become professionally singing and hasn't stopped ever since. Her second album, "Teenage Dreams was a hit with millions of music enthusiasts and went on to become one of the top albums ever. Katy Perry was firmly established as an artist due to her record-breaking album. Alongside singing and writing songs, Perry is also known for her charitable works. Perry is also a rights for gay activist.
