Angela Sun

Angela Sun is an American journalist, presenter on television and sportscaster as well as a documentary film maker. Angela Sun, a journalist and sportscaster who has won accolades for her efforts at Santa Clara County California was born on 19 October 1979. She earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Communications from the University of California. Sun has a great surfing ability. After participating in a few pro-am surfer events, she was sponsored by Roxy Reef Billabong Vans and other big companies. Her recognition through these events was like rocket fuel which prompted her to enter the world of entertainment. Later, she became an investigative filmmaker and journalist, as and a sportscaster. Sun has been a reporter on several news channels, primarily in the role of anchor. In 2003 she worked as a correspondent with Fox Sports Net. In 2012, she was host of American Ninja Warrior with Matt Iseman and Jonny Moseley. In 2014 Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute. Sun was the very first Asian American to be featured as a host on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports, Tennis Channel and Yahoo Sports. Sun's acting abilities have gained her the attention of her peers. She was a part of films such as Goliath (2016) and hit the Floor(2014-2016) An Ideal Getaway(2009), Shackled (2005), Street Kings (2008), and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). Sun She wrote and produced her documentary Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch about the ocean's plastic pollution and its impacts on the planet in 2014, released the feature-length film.
