LeBron Raymone James Sr. born on 30th December 1984 is an American professional basketball player, who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA). King James, he's widely thought of as the best basketball player ever and is often compared Michael Jordan during debates about the best basketball player ever. James won two Olympic gold medals as well as four NBA titles. James is the holder of the highest amount of points scored during the post-season, second best overall career score and 7th the most assists in his career. The NBA All-Star has made the All-NBA Team 18 times, which is a record. James has also been selected to make the NBA All-Defensive First Team 5 times. The ten NBA Finals is the most ever before, with eight of them in a row from 2011 to 2018, he was also selected to be on the NBA 75th Anniversary Team. James was selected for his way onto the NBA 75th Anniversary Team in 2021. In 2022, he became the very first NBA player to score 10,000 points in his career. James played basketball in St. Vincent St. Mary High school in Akron in Ohio. He was hailed by national media as the future NBA superstar. He was a prep-to pro and was the first pick of the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Draft in 2003. After being named 2004 NBA Rookie Of The Year, he rapidly established himself as a premier player in the NBA winning the NBA's MVP award both in 2009 and 2010. James was not able to secure the award with Cleveland, and then left Cleveland as a "free agent" in 2010. The move was revealed in the TV special The Decision.
